Raising quail is gaining in popularity because of their easy keeping, fast maturity, and high egg production. Quail reach maturity at just 6 weeks and will begin laying at 8 weeks of age. They'll lay one egg per day and yearly production can reach 300 eggs. Adult birds from this assortment of hatching eggs will be standard (8-10 ounces) and/or jumbo weight (12-14 ounces).
