IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION: Eggs are collected fresh on Mondays from our breeding flock and shipped Tuesdays by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Hatching Eggs are labeled with breed code to help with ID during incubation. Eggs can be shipped year-round, but please use your own discretion when ordering during extreme weather. We guarantee that your eggs will arrive unbroken, but will not guarantee your hatching success because of the many variables with shipping, incubating and hatching. Breakage must be reported upon arrival.
Partridge Cochin hatching eggs are light brown in color. This breed is most known for the heavy feathering covering their legs and feet. They are good layers during the winter months and are excellent sitters for hatching eggs of any poultry type. Partridge Cochin Chickens lay around 2-3 eggs weekly and are excellent mothers. They have a very sweet personality and feathered feet. This breed is also great for show/exhibition!
