Poultry Processing Kit
Processing isn’t usually a favorite job for anyone, but having the tools one needs makes it a bit easier. This 3 piece kit includes a plastic shackle, a round killing cone, and a poultry sticker knife. Great kit for those who have just a couple of birds to process.
For safety, the cone has rolled edges and is easy to clean. It is made of galvanized steel and measures 13 ¾” long by 10 ¼” wide. The 3” knife is made of carbon steel and able to be sharpened quickly. The included 6” wide x 26” long shackle can be used to hold the bird during scalding and to keep it above the work surface during processing to help increase hygiene.
