You will receive a hatchery choice the different varieties of broad breasted turkeys we offer -- White, Bronze, and Meyer Hatchery's new Signature White and Black. It's important to note that these are surplus -- if we are short turkeys on your hatch date, you will be rescheduled to the next available hatch date, regardless of when you put in your order.

Meyer Hatchery's Signature Broad Breasted Turkeys can range from 20-29 pounds, the Broad Breasted Bronze range from 23-38 pounds and the Broad Breasted Whites range from 23-48 pounds. All of the varieties would make a great market bird for 4-H fairs as well as the holiday dinner table.

Broad Breasted Turkeys are a special hybrid that we have fine-tuned over many generations specifically for fast growth rates for meat production. Because they are a hybrid, you cannot cross a male and female Broad Breasted Turkey and hatch out more Broad Breasted Turkeys. Additionally, for their own health and well-being, Broad Breasted Turkeys should not be kept beyond their processing age of 16-22 weeks.
