Meyer Hatchery’s Signature White Broad Breasted Turkey Hatching Eggs are light in color with brown speckles and should hatch approximately 28 days after being set. Signature White Turkeys are a great alternative to both heritage and other broad breasted turkeys because they bring the best of both worlds to you. They do well in both free-range and pasture settings. Additionally, as a broad breasted turkey, they should have plenty of white meat! Since they tend to be on the smaller side, they will also provide some flexibility in processing time. At 16-22 weeks the hens will average about 20 pounds and toms about 29 pounds.
