Black Sex Link Hatching Eggs
IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION: Eggs are collected fresh on Mondays from our breeding flock and shipped on Tuesdays by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Hatching Eggs are labeled with breed code to help with ID during incubation. Eggs can be shipped year-round, but please use your own discretion when ordering during extreme weather. We guarantee that your eggs will arrive unbroken, but will not guarantee your hatching success because of the many variables with shipping, incubating, and hatching. Breakage must be reported upon arrival.
Are you looking to hatch your own high-production chickens? We can help! Black Sex Link hatching eggs may be the perfect choice for your hatching project. The Black Sex Links are known not just for being beautiful birds featuring black, shimmering beetle green feathering on their bodies with necks of rust gold or mahogany, but for being very productive brown egg layers. Once mature, hens should lay 5 or more large to extra-large eggs weekly.
The eggs you receive to incubate will generally be large or extra-large and medium brown in color. The chicks you hatch at home will be primarily black with possible light bellies and primarily dark legs and beaks. Happy hatching!
