Carbon Fiber Heater
Move over conventional heat bulbs. Carbon Fiber is in the coop! High-output carbon fiber bulbs produce 4-6 times more heat than conventional bulbs. Comes with reflecting cones to direct heat towards your flock. Works great for other animals on the homestead as well! Simple and easy on/off switch with a 7 1/2 foot cord and hanging chain. GFCI circuit is recommended.
- Important: Not recommended for chick brooders.
- Built-in kill-switch if the lamp is positioned in an unsafe angle or gets smashed or falls; keeping your coop and flock safe.
- Cooling fins reduce heat around electronic controls
- Wire grill prevents birds from making contact with the bulb.
- 600-watt bulb,12" diameter shade, is recommended for a 10’ x 10’ space.
- 1200-watt bulb, 16" diameter shade, is recommended for a 20’ x 20’ space.
- Bulbs and lamps are not interchangeable. Replacement bulbs are available for sale at Meyer Hatchery.
