IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION: Eggs are collected fresh on Mondays from our breeding flock and shipped Tuesdays by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Hatching Eggs are labeled with breed code to help with ID during incubation. Eggs can be shipped year-round, but please use your own discretion when ordering during extreme weather. We guarantee that your eggs will arrive unbroken, but will not guarantee your hatching success because of the many variables with shipping, incubating and hatching. Breakage must be reported upon arrival.

Do you love hatching your own chicks and want to add a productive, colorful egg layer to your flock? Try our Sapphire Jewel Hatching Eggs! The eggs you receive will generally be large to extra-large in size and WHITE in color.

When your chicks hatch, they will be a lovely yellow with some possible black spots and have clean, yellow or slate legs. Once fully feathered, they will be primarily white with some possible spots of gray or black. Possible egg colors mature hens will lay include blue and brown, with about 6 eggs per week once production is established.
