Breakage must be reported upon arrival.
The White Crested Duck has a long, yet mysterious history. Paintings have depicted the breed’s existence dating back at least 2000 years but its region of origination is still speculative. The East Indies was the favored region of origin, then ultimately arrived in Holland on trade ships. An ornamental breed, without flight ability, has made this duck a favorite for small backyard flocks. White-crested ducklings are a white egg layer producing just over 100 eggs per year. Females and males will both have cresting.
White Crested Ducklings take 28 days to hatch. We guarantee that your eggs will arrive unbroken, but will not guarantee your hatching success because of the many variables with shipping, incubating, and hatching. Breakage must be reported upon arrival.
