Poultry Orders and Pickup
You can pick up day-old chicks, broad-breasted turkey poults, hatching eggs, and started pullets in-store. All poultry must be reserved in advance either online or by phone. Chick orders are available during your two-day hatch window, while started pullets are available on your reserved day. Customers may also place supply orders ahead of time to make pickup quick and convenient. For added ease, our full-service drive-through allows you to collect poultry, feed, and supplies without leaving your vehicle. We will bring your order directly to you and load your feed.
Walk-In Availability
In addition to reserved orders, our retail store offers assorted female bin chicks and assorted started pullets as available. At certain times, we also offer female bantams, straight-run turkeys, broilers, and, once a year, ducks. Availability can be confirmed by contacting our Customer Support Team, and reservations for same-day pickup can be made beginning the day after hatch. Weekly maximums per household may apply.
Biosecurity Policy
For the health and safety of our flocks, no animals of any kind are permitted on-site, including poultry. To maintain a clean, state-certified facility, hatchery tours are not available. We thank you for your understanding. Learn more about biosecurity.

Please note that if the hatch date is a Tuesday or Wednesday due to a holiday, chick pickup hours will adjust accordingly. Any orders not picked up on hatch day or the following day will be canceled without refund. No exceptions.
