Meat Geese

Simply put, all geese that are in the heavy or medium weight class are good meat options. The Embden, Toulouse, and Pilgrims are the most commonly raised for the table. Read up on the basics if you are interested in using geese for meat.

Waterfowl have a minimum of 3 and you are able to mix and match among day-old duckling and gosling breeds to meet this minimum. We are not able to combine day-old waterfowl with any other poultry types. Waterfowl will ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, USPS priority mail, and arrive 1-3 days later.
